This page is for users of the Eurolio app for iOS and Android and of its web version at https://app.eurolio.lyapov.com. It describes how to delete your account and your data.
How to delete your account in the app
Sign in to your account and open "More" -> "Account", then "Delete profile…". Confirm with "Delete permanently".
How to request deletion by e-mail
You can also request deletion by writing from your account's e-mail address to contacts@eurolio.lyapov.com. We answer within 30 days.
What is deleted
The account, the e-mail address and the whole collection with its notes are deleted. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
When it is deleted
In the app, deletion is immediate. For a request by e-mail, the data is deleted within 30 days of the request.
We keep no copy of your account, your e-mail address or your collection. The privacy policy explains what our providers process.
